After booking the flights in June I made a conscious decision to up my physical training over the next four months. Even with the arrival of the newest addition to the family, a broken elliptical trainer and record rain I managed to achieve pretty good results for June - 12 endurance (9 hour long elliptical workouts, 2 short runs and 1 two-hour hike) and 9 strength workouts. My goal is to improve upon these numbers in August. However, if I don't I already have my excuses lined up!
